The details

1. After you have made your purchase. You will be invited to book an appointment at a time to suit.

2. The Coaching conversation will take place virtually on Google Meet.

3. Please ensure that you are somewhere free from distractions and can talk openly.

4. Please ensure you have a good internet connection to ensure a quality conversation.

5. I will send some questions in advance via Google Forms, it would enhance the quality of the call if you have been able to answer these in advance, please. Then we can get straight to the subject and I’ll have less introduction points to cover.

6. I am qualified with the International Coaching Federation. I am a fully-trained coach. You will be receiving a high-standard of Coaching, at under market pricing. I will fully commit to delivering the best coaching possible and I do ask for your feedback on the service that you have received by return.

7. If you have found the coaching to be beneficial then I would appreciate your review on at least one of my social media channels.

8. I maintain my membership with the International Coaching Federation by completing CPD and keeping a log of my coaching hours. The ICF may contact you to confirm that you received coaching from me, they will not know what we discussed and they will not ask you for details either. You agree to confirm that you were a coaching client, if they should contact you.

9. I understand that unexpected events occur. If you need to postpone, I require 4 hours notice. If you do not attend the appointment without contacting me, unfortunately, you will have lost your investment.
